Tim was often in and around the GVU center during his undergraduate career at Georgia Tech, and began working as the GVU's Research Technologist in 2018. He currently serves as the lab manager for the GVU prototyping lab as well as providing general support to the various research initiatives throughout the GVU center. As the manager for the Prototyping Lab, Tim is in charge of strategic oversight of the tools and technologies present in the lab, including the 3D printers, laser cutter, and machine tools. This innovative space is an essential component of the research within the GVU center and the broader Georgia Tech community, and Tim's goal is to work within the community to help maintain, develop, and promote the lab to suit the needs of future research.
